Welcome to the Strike Industries International Online Store! Before you shop, please read these notices to fully understand the terms and conditions for International Customers outside of the United States.

Disclaimers

First, we ask that all our International Customers please note that due to varying Customs Regulations, all International Orders are FINAL and that no refunds will be allowed.

International Customers are responsible for their own research to ensure that the parts and accessories purchased are compatible with their intended weapon platforms. Please do your research to be aware of what your country’s Customs or VAT charge will be for the importation fee (which will be charged to customers by the selected carrier).

Strike Industries will not be held liable for any orders held at customs due to varying countries’ laws on what products are permitted for importation.

How to Place an International Order

Once you are ready to place your International Order, you’ll find an Order Confirmation message, after the check-out cart process, notifying you that we are checking if the products you want are available in our inventory. While the initial order will reflect an estimated subtotal, no payment is required or collected at this point in time.

Payment Methods for International Customers

Once the inventory availability has been confirmed for your order, you will receive an email to confirm your payment method. This message will include an updated price to include the cost of shipping. (However, it does not account for the cost of Customs or other importation fees to your country). For International Orders, we accept Wire Transfers (ACH Bank Transfers). We also accept Bitcoin through BitPay. Order amounts will reflect in USD only.

International Shipping Details

All International Orders are shipped from the Strike Industries TW Branch in Taiwan. Please remember that Customers are responsible for knowing their own country’s laws regarding what products are legal to own and to import.

At this time, we do not have predetermined shipping prices and rates yet. So until we do, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

International Customers’ orders are FINAL, and no refunds will be accepted.

Customer Service

Although International Orders are FINAL, we will still assist in providing information and troubleshooting assistance to the best of our ability. Should you receive a broken item upon arrival of your package we will provide replacement(s). Please Note: Customers have 10 days to contact us after the shipment has been received.
